And eye can put the era rite

Its rarely ever wrong.

I’ve scent this massage threw it,

And I’m shore your pleased too no

Its letter prefect in every weigh;

My checker tolled me sew.

And now an insight:

In the Meditation Retreat I offered this last weekend, one of the themes was dancing with your “Yes” and your “No.”  We did various exercises to express both our “No!” and our “Yes!” as fully and completely as we could.  It was deep and meaningful for many of us.
So my mantra this week has become to repeatedly check inside to see if, in this very moment, I am a “Yes” or a “No”  to whatever is happening, both inside myself and around me. What I am noticing is how subtle my “No” can be, and even the slightest hint of a “No,” even if it is mixed in with a “Yes,” has me in a state of contraction rather than uninhibited expansion.  From having fully expressed my “Yes” over the weekend, now I can just notice that “No,” then can quickly let go of it so that I am expressing a pure “Yes,” both internally and externally.  And that “Yes” is filled with love and peace and relaxation.
May you repeatedly find your “Yes” to this moment, even if Life is not going the way you thought it was supposed to be going.  If you can find and feel your pure “Yes!”, Heaven is here on earth:

Are you a ‘Yes’ or a ‘No’ to Life right now?

If you melt into being

A ‘Yes’ to the external,

A ‘Yes ‘to your “yes’s,”

A ‘Yes’ to your “no’s,” and

A ‘Yes’ to your “I don’t know’s,”

Then you are here, now,

Inside of a ‘Yes’ to Life

And inside of Love.
